1. Introduction

Welcome to Club Penguin Zero ("the Game", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Club Penguin Zero, an online multiplayer game that may be played by children and adults alike. By accessing or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are a parent or guardian and you allow your child to use the Game, you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of your child, and you are responsible for your child's activity on the Game. This is a contract. Children cannot enter into contracts, so kids, please make sure your parents read this! They're the ones who have to agree.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or playing Club Penguin Zero, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Game. By playing Club Penguin Zero, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, you can't play.

3. Eligibility

Club Penguin Zero is designed to be safe and appropriate for children. However, players under the age of 13 should have parental or guardian permission before creating an account or playing the Game.

By using the Game, you represent that either: (a) you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; or (b) if you are under 13, your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

If you're under 13, you need to ask your parent or guardian to read these Terms before making an account.

4. Account Registration

To play Club Penguin Zero, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You promise not to share your password, anything that happens on your account is your responsibilty, and to tell us if you find out that your account is ever accessed without you knowing.

You may not share your account credentials with others, and you may not use another person's account without permission.

5. Game Rules and Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all players, you agree to:

Treat all players with respect and kindness
Not use offensive, harmful, or inappropriate language
Not harass, bully, or intimidate other players
Not cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software
Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Game or its servers
Not share personal information with other players
Follow all instructions provided by moderators and administrators

Violation of these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any user account at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability. This includes, but is not limited to:

Violation of these Terms of Service
Violation of our Game Rules and Conduct policies
Engaging in illegal activities
Using the Game in a manner that harms other players or the Game itself
Any other behavior we deem inappropriate or harmful

If you break the rules at any point, we'll take the appropriate action and may remove you from the game.

We may remove anyone from playing at our own discretion, and we are not required to provide a reason for such removal.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Game will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and any associated data. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Game Content and Intellectual Property

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game or its content, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Game, unless we have given you express written permission.

Any virtual items, currency, or achievements you earn or acquire in the Game are licensed to you for use solely within the Game and do not constitute real-world property or currency.

You're not allowed to copy, modify, or sell any part of the game, unless we've let you. Any items, coins, stamps, etc. aren't real, so they aren't real-world property or money.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLUB PENGUIN ZERO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.

We do not guarantee that the Game will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any part thereof at any time without notice.

We don't have any warranties, and we aren't responsible for any damages or losses that may come from using our game. We also cannot guarantee that the game will always be available, we may close it at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date and notify users through established news channels. (if the change is significant)

Your continued use of the Game after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Game and may terminate your account.

If we change this policy at all, we'll change the date at the top, and if it's a major change, we'll post notices on all of our news outlets.

11. Governing Law
